At Conexon Connect, we are committed to helping close the Digital Divide and ensuring our customers have access to the high-speed internet and connectivity options we all need in today’s world.

We believe that everyone deserves access to the connection they need.

That’s why we’re pleased to participate in the Lifeline programs identified below to offer a discount on broadband and phone services for qualifying households.

Federal Lifeline*

Through Lifeline, eligible Conexon Connect customers can receive one of the two discounts listed below.

$9.25 off the monthly cost of broadband only or broadband and phone packages.

$5.25 off the monthly cost of phone only packages.

 

How to Qualify:

  • Participate in SNAP, Medicaid or other Federal Assistance Programs including Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), or Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit.
  • Household income that is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
  • Have a child or dependent that participates in any of the programs listed above.

*Federal Lifeline may not be available in all Conexon Connect service areas.  Please contact us to confirm availability.

*Federal Lifeline benefits are non-transferable and limited to one monthly discount per household. Lifeline is a federal government benefit program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and upon its conclusion or when a household is no longer eligible, customers will be subject to the provider’s regular rates, terms, and conditions.

Missouri Lifeline*

Through Missouri Lifeline, eligible Conexon Connect customers may receive one of the two discounts listed below.

$24.00 off the monthly cost of phone service or *qualifying broadband and phone packages.

$9.25 off the monthly cost of *qualifying broadband only packages.

How to Qualify:

  • Participate in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), MO HealthNet (Medicaid), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit, or Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA).
  • Household income that is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Missouri Disabled Lifeline**

The Missouri Public Service Commission requires a written application to enroll a customer in the Missouri Disabled Lifeline Discount Plan.

This program provides a monthly $24.00 discount for qualifying phone service or phone service and broadband service.

The Missouri Disabled Lifeline Program is not available for a broadband-only service. Customers qualifying for both the Missouri Lifeline and Missouri Disabled Lifeline Programs cannot subscribe to both Programs.

How to Qualify:

  • Receive Veteran Administration Disability Benefits, State Blind Pension, State Aid to Blind Persons, State Supplemental Disability Assistance, Payments Administered by the Family Support Division, or Social Security Disability.

How to Apply:

  • Download the application form here and return it to Conexon Connect with documentation verifying participation in at least one program. Do not send originals in mail.

**Available to Missouri residents, only.

**Qualifying households receiving Missouri Lifeline or Missouri Disabled Lifeline benefits cannot also receive Federal Lifeline benefits.

** Qualifying service must meet the minimum broadband speed specified by the FCC or meets the exception identified in FCC rule 54.408(d). The current minimum broadband speed is 25 Mbps (down)/3 Mbps (up) as of December 1, 2021.

**The $24 per month discount shall not exceed the total of the company's local service rate plus subscriber line charge. 

**In addition, after you have been enrolled in one of the Missouri Lifeline plans, you may call 844-542-6663 to block outbound calling of 900/976 numbers and/or pay-per-use services (e.g., Information, Operator Assistance) at no charge.
