The Missouri Public Service Commission requires a written application to enroll a customer in the Disabled Discount Plan.
This program provides a monthly $24.00 discount for qualifying phone service or phone service and broadband service.
The Missouri Disabled Lifeline Program is not available for a broadband-only service. Customers qualifying for both the Missouri Lifeline and Missouri Disabled programs cannot subscribe to both programs.

**Qualifying households receiving Missouri Lifeline or Missouri Disabled Lifeline benefits cannot also receive Federal Lifeline benefits.
**Qualifying service must meet the minimum broadband speed specified by the FCC or meets the exception identified in FCC rule 54.408(d). The current minimum broadband speed is 25 Mbps (down)/3 Mbps (up) as of December 1, 2021.
**The $24 per month discount shall not exceed the total of the company's local service rate plus subscriber line charge.
